Issac has been designed to provide quick and up-to-date support and status updates. It is possible to ask a wide variety of questions, and this guide will help you achieve optimal success. Isaac can help categorize questions for our Customer Success Team or provide you with helpful information. These may be questions related to funding, withdrawing, account settings or other situations you may encounter.
Here are some tips for achieving the most success when interacting with Issac!
Isaac Usage Tip #1: Try typing keywords rather than full paragraph questions.
Keeping things short and simple will offer the best results. Once Isaac finds the correct category for your question, there will be prompts for more specific details to help resolve your issue!
Say things like: "Withdrawal issue", "Wire transfer issue", "Verification issue", "Funding issue", or "Login issue".
Other questions that have great results are: "2FA issue", and "Supported cryptocurrencies".
Isaac Usage Tip #2: Be patient with Isaac by asking one question at a time.
Example: Once typing "Verification Issue", please wait a second while Issac pulls up the appropriate chat bubble for a response.
Isaac Usage Tip #3: When typing keywords, please use the Quick Questions that appear below.
Example: Once typing "Login Issue", there will be some pre-selected questions which you may use that narrow down what you're needing help with!
